Balance effort and ease

All Is One Yoga classes typically run 75 minutes and include meditation and relaxation with the sound of the gong. Expect a mix of dynamic stillness and mindful movement, along with a sense of humor. My classes are accessible, appropriate for all levels, and fun; my students work hard, rest deeply, and leave refreshed.

My goal is to guide you to:

  • Develop a sound foundation for safely aligning body, mind, and spirit
  • Connect to the present moment through attention to your breath
  • Find your own best practice by cultivating trust in your inner teacher
  • Sit with what is to find ease wherever you are
